Use of euspen's services is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
  1. A euspen Member agrees to inform euspen of any change of address or contact details.
  2. Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Publication or transmission of any material, or any  use of Services, in violation of any UK law or regulation is prohibited, whether or not the member was aware of such content, or of the relevant law or regulation.
  3. Membership of euspen is renewable annually and members will be contacted in writing approximately one month before the date of renewal. An invoice will be sent for the renewal fee which will include VAT at the current UK rate. Should the renewal invoice remain unpaid after 30 days of the date of renewal, membership will be terminated.
  4. By registering on the euspen database your contact details may be made available to the euspen members. On registration, members are however provided with the opportunity of having their contact details withheld from other euspen members.
  5. The purpose of the database is to allow new contacts to be located and to facilitate the solution of industrial and technical problems through Internet and other communication.
  6. A printed membership list may be made available to euspen members containing member's contact details. Use of this list will be subject to the terms and conditions of euspen services as set out herein.
  7. According to UK legislation regarding information relayed by email or telephone, your signature on the registration form permits euspen to inform you of any updated service, marketing information etc, to the email address or telephone number as supplied by you.
  8. Supply of Goods or Services by euspen:  Terms are NET 30 Days. We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest (Bank of England base rate plus 8%) and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if amounts owing to euspen are not paid in accordance with our agreed terms.
  9. Cancellation Policy
    In relation to euspen events, the cancellation policy for each event will be detailed on the specific event website.
  10. Site Ownership and Disclaimer
    Use of this Site
    The rights in the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of the Site are owned by or licensed to euspen. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of these sites without the written permission of euspen. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
    Liability
    We try to ensure the accuracy of all the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content of these sites should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action. euspen will not be responsible in any circumstances for any loss of profits. euspen will not be responsible for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data. euspen is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your inability to use the sites. euspen cannot promise that the Sites will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the Sites are provided on an "as available" basis. euspen will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide the Site for any reason beyond our control. 
  11. Changes to the terms
    euspen may change the Site or these terms at any time. If you use the Site after euspen has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.
  12. Governing law and jurisdiction
    These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
