Cancellation Policy: For cancellation up to and including 24th April 2009, 50% of delegate fee and company visit/dinner costs will be refundable. No refunds are available after 24th April 2009. Please note that registered delegates whose paper is rejected upon review, will upon request be refunded their registration fee paid minus any bank charges.
The "Reverse Charge" procedure applies for companies providing a valid European VAT number. In such cases the company is liable to account for any VAT due in their own country and invoices will be raised exclusive of VAT.
